Scalp Micropigmentation
It is a specialized procedure which, although similar to the traditional tattooing technique, requires special skill and experience and involves the intradermal injection of tiny pigment particles into the scalp where the problem is located. The quality of the final result depends on whether or not a state-of-the-art technological equipment is used, the choice of the ideal dye to suit the skin and hair type, and ultimately, the technique and experience of the person applying it.
The process:
The Scalp Micropigmentation method is tailor-made to each patient’s needs. Depending on the extent of hair loss and the desired effect, the non-toxic and hypoallergenic pigment is introduced at an intradermal level, directly to the areas where the hair loss is visible, giving the appearance of a shaved scalp.
Usually, 3-4 sessions are required to complete the treatment, depending on the particular needs of each patient, the color and extent of the area we want to cover.
During the first session, the scalp micropigmentation process will be designed and started in a conservative manner, always taking into account the needs and desires of the person concerned.
In most cases, the treatment is completed within 3 sessions. Extra sessions allow us to create the illusion of shade and texture, fill the area with more detail, and achieve instant natural coverage results even at advanced hair loss stages.
